Default 5.0 Elec. Fan?

Hey everyone, I have a flex-lite on my car now with no clutch and the fan whine is very annoying, can barely hear it over the exhaust, but still bugs me, plus I just want an elec. fan.. I was thinking about going with the 5.0 Elec Fan (flex-lite) from summitracing.com and was wondering if you get rid of the fan shroud and put this in place or what? Is this a good fan to go with? And last but not least, should I think about an electric water pump with the elec fan?

Any help would be appreciated.

the more electric things you put in, the harder your alternator will have to work. i wouldnt get an electic pump but thats just me. i would try to keep the shroud on if possible.

You don't need a shroud for an electric fan nor would there be enough room for one.
It comes with it's own intergrated shroud.
Also, an electric water pump is un-necessary for a street car. Save that money for something else.

Buy a set of subframes with the money you were going to spend on that electric water pump.

I don't know about that one but a lot of guys use 4cyl. springs for drag racing.
