Default engine won't start after warm

Hello Everyone: I just recieved my stang back from the shop today and I still have a problem with it. The problem it went to the shop for was checked by a Ford tech and found (or guess) to be a ICM. The vehicle has a mind of it's own when it warms up. If you shut it off, there is a great chance it will not start. I did check for spark and found none (by attaching a plug to the wire and cranking the engine). The ICM was changed and still having problems. Can someone help me out. Thanks in advance. Tim

If it won't start because there is no spark then you'll need to check the pick up/ stator inside the distributor, put your spark testor on the coil wire check for spark there if none make sure the coil is getting 12 volts from the ignition switch feed.... if all checks out and still no spark from the coil do a resistance check on the coil if okay suspect the pick up inside the distributor but check all connectors for corrossion you'll just have to go point to point if the case be that you are loosing spark after shutting the car off.
