Default Steering wheel/front end bounce on highway

Do you think changingmy front control arms would have any effect on my highway wheel bounce....basically the car is smooth until I hit about 70mph and I get a vibration and I think it is coming from the front end...One of my control arms has a big gouge taken out of it...

The car was aligned this spring and thesuspension has been upgraded except front control arms and Caster Camber plates which will go on this winter...

ie.

Steeda sport springs
KYB struts/shocks
Granetelli Rear control arms
New Power rack and bushings

I would say it is a wheel out of balance or a bad strut!

I was thinking the same thing on my way to my office a few hours ago...should probably check the balance of the wheels, before I waste more money on suspension parts...
