Default supercharged mustang heat problem!!

i have a 94 mustang that i just installed a vortech v-2 sq trim. well i was having a heating problem, the car would get to 215 degrees even with a 180 thermostat. i replaced the rad, fan assembly, new radiator, cap. thermostat and still it gets to 215... i was wondering if any one knows how to make the fan spin faster? since its a two speed doorman replacement.

any input will help,

i have no intercooler and i live in texas

Are you reading the stock guage or an aftermarket one that is accurrate?

The intercooler would only cool the air intake...not going to help the motor to run cooler.

no help on the fan but i was having the same problem a few weeks ago. had to go get it retuned. If u have gotten it tuned did the tuner lock out ur timing and if so what is it set at? Also the heat shrink of the metal with the vortechs is very low they tend to get hot and make the whole engine bay hot. i remember before it got the car retuned the whole front end would be scorching the bumbers everything.
