cleaning tb and maf

Ive taken apart my old cai and have one on the way, doing so i see dirty dirty all over the tb and maf internals. what should i use to clean them?

Go to your local parts store and they now have a MAF sensor cleaner out. Like 5 bucks a can, stuff works.
