The Pro looks much nicer (IMO), but again, I know very little.

I wouldnt bother with any maf because the stock one is 70 mm and unless you boost which you wont need too to get to 300 rwhp it wont peg on you

94BLK5.0 If you seriously think you gained anything with that piece of crap C&L... your sorely mistaken... you probably needed to CLEAN your stock MAF

I got a C&L 76mm CAI for my 94, it was a nice improvement over the clean K&N w/o the silencer. The thing cost $250, but includes a 9" filter, 76mm MAF housing, thick tube, and heat shield. If you get one be sure to disconect the battery cable for 15-30 minutes.
Any kind of mid pipe will help, esp. on the SN95 cars. Then add your mufflers of choice. I got a catted H-pipe, made by Catco, from Sumit Racing (Part # CTO-4666). It worked nice as far as sound and power goes.
Gears, like 3.55 or 3.73, would drop a few tenth off the1/4 mile and not kill your MPG.
You said you got the basic things, so I assume your fuel filter is good, ignition componets are fresh, the T.B and MAF senor are clean, your oil/fliuds are clean, and the tire pressure is correct? Basic maintainence is key to maxium performance.

Your best bet for cheap mods to increase HP are...
FULL tune up! plugs (autolite 25's... dont get anything else) wires, PCV valve, K&N drop in filter, fuel filter, oil change.. etc
Bump your timing a couple degrees. Going from 10° to 12-13° will give you a bit more kick.
Gears.... definitly get some gears... 3.73 for stick. 4.10's for auto
O/R H/X pipe... Listen to the exhaust thread, get some examples.. and ditch those power robbing cats

What about switching to synthetic? I'm using probably the cheapest generic 10W-30 right now (it may not be the absolute cheapest, but it's probably not the most expensive, either)..

Mmkay, I'll see if I can get all of the things mentioned above (for the tune up) and go from there.
As for oil, I'm still well off of my recommended "next oil change" (in terms of mileage), but I'm about a year overdue--didn't drive my car for about 6mo as I had to wait and have the harmonic balancer replaced (as well as two of my o2 sensors and my rear swaybar). There might be some gunk in the fuel system, also.. Best way to do a THOUROUGH flush to clean it out as best as possible?
And for gas--just use the 87 from a place like BP? I've been using 92 for the past couple of fill-ups (yes, I know it's probably worthless on my stock engine), mainly just due to the fact that my car was sitting for so long..

The MAF senor was cleaned way before the CAI was installed. The C&L kit used the stock senor. Yes I did gain from the C&L. The K&N filter in the stock box was clean, the silencer was long gone, and the MAF was clean. Any other variables that I am missing?
The kit works. The stock 70mm has a post that restricts flow, therfore the effective diameter is reduced. The new unit is not restriced by the post, the "extra" 6mm has nothing to do with gaining more power.
Thanks for your time,
94Blk5.0 aka the guy who can gain power from a effective, proven, well desinged product.
*Edit*
Like I said the senor itself is a stock piece, if it was dirty/bad the effect would be transfered to the new system. I just had to type the same thing in some thread about a "5.0 falling on its face"
Maybe looking at : http://www.cnlperformance.com/76mm_94-95cobra.html would help us all understand the product better.
