DSS Super pro bullet
im looking into getting the DSS 331 super pro bullet shortblock in february. they say it is good for 650hp. it still uses a factory 5.0 block, and they say with theyre support system that it will support 650hp. ive seen the horror of a high hp 302 and the split down the center, but they swear by theres.what are your guys thoughts on this shortblock?

I've been selling stock blocks sprinkled with fairy dust for years. They'll hold 1000hp. DSS just has better marketing than I do.

I do have a friend in Dallas making 795rwhp on boosted DSS 347 Super Pro engine.
We have a running joke on how long before it blows.
It has lasted all season at the track runnning 5.9's in the 1/8th too though ..........................

im sticking to a 302 block. i put to much into 302 stuff last winter to change what i do have for a 351, as much as i would like to go 351 but im sticking to the 302. 795hp on a dss motor, now is that the factory block? this car isnt going to see that ever but 550-600rwhp is all this car is going to see.

I'd be willing to put money on the fact that his attention to detail is FAR beter than the $10/hr guys at DSS
