Default Novi 1000 guys help

well this is the step im on about 98% done and it seems like there no way the air box with my pmas maf and filter is all gonna fit in that little corner is it because it an after market maf ?

any advice would be appreciated

no im using the one that comes with my paxton and im starting to dislike paxton this is this crappiest time ive ever had with this unit ran into like 10 problems and im finally almost ready to start and im stuck again

tims 88 gt it looks like he smushed the hell out of his filter to get it in so i guess thats what i will have to do and he didnt use the box that goes around it and this pmas maf is like 2 inches longer than the stock one so i guess i figure it out hopefully ;/

Check with Anderson Motorsport to see if their powerpipe would relocate the filter into the fender. You will need to cut the fender to get it to fit in there, but will have a place to draw cooler air. http://www.andersonfordmotorsport.com/ Good luck.

im suprised no one else talks about having clearence problems im bummed out becuase i dont really have 250 for a afm pipe right now

Just do what I did. Improvise, adapt, and overcome! Procharger sent me a filter that barely fit under the strut tower brace. On top of that, it was sitting directly over the headers. Like just a few inches over it, drawing in hot air!

Here's what it looked like before:
