Default please help new stang owner

i just bought my first stang, a 95 gt, when i first start it, it will idle at about 600-800, then if i rev it at an idle it will drop to about 400- or 500 and sound like it wants to stall, it also hesitates while driving, i had it checked out on a computer, it showed that the o2sensors were to low, but the mechanic said i had a vacuum leak, i took the advice of everyone on this page and replaced all of the rubber boots on the vacuum lines, and sealed them with silicon, still does it, i changed the plugs and wires yesterday, and it still does it, im really stumped here, could it be the o2sensors? if it is i can get them cheap, but do you need a special tool to get them off?

Wouldn't hurt to change the O2 sensors, though I don't think that's your problem. Check to make sure all the grounds are connected. Check fuel pressure with a gauge. Check IAC (on throttle body).

Clean your MAF. Take it apart, clean the points with alcohol. Make sure not to get anything wet thats not supposed to be.

Peace
