What clutch?!?!?
Hey all, I have a 1988 mustang gt with a fully forged 347rotating assembly 11.2:1CR, a FRPP sportsman block,
X303 w/1.7 RRs, Afr 165'swith 2.02/1.60s ported pockets (blended and milled), GT40 intake ( victor square bore efi conversion comingsoon, 30lb. injectors, 70mmTB, and4.10 gears out back on a MT ET tires. The tranny is a WC T-5... At the moment i have a King Cobra clutch and believe it is slipping.. Best ET at the track so far is 1.80860ft 12.68 ETat 108.1mph ( with the clutch slip)(timing at 14 base w/108octane)So the question is what clutch to go with.... More head porting and acustom solid roller camshaft to come.. The suspension is a eibach drag launch kit, 90/10s, 50/50s, and a bbk control arm upper/lower.
What should i go with and do the track times soundaccurate???
Also any power estimates on the existing combo??
What should i set base timing at with 108 octane??
