Default Trashed Tranny

I have a AOD tranny. I was driving home the othere night and all of a sudden OD was gone. Basically overdrive is now a nuetral gear. At 60-65 Mph im taching 4000. It cant be good for the motor to be taching that high all the time. My mods are H/C/I, Full exhaust, 4:10s, 3000 stall, and a few others. Is the tranny trashed. or is it ok like that?

666 is bad

with his setup, I bet the OD Band , Kevlar and or Carbon Fiber OD is better, this is why the AODE has a tuff one

meaning, all those particles from the clutches/band etc cannot be removed from the Torque Converter. You have to replace it, or it can be grinded open, cleaned, welded and rebalanced by a Converter Rebuilder or machine shop.
