Temperture consistently rises and almost reached red the other day. does this in about ten minutes and when it gets really hot makes a pinging sound. the oil level is fine but i do have a blown head gasket now because of it. i just replaced the thermostat and that didnt seem to do anything. so im stumped. anyone got any idea?

i need my car fixed really soon. i deliver so i really need to have my car to continue to make money. thanx.
