im trying to lower my car , but when i put the front spring in i could barely get them in there but i cant get them to turn in its place..? any tips

 

Lowering springs should be easier to put in then stock replacements.......I put a jack under the control arm and chained the body down to the lift when I did mine but I was just removing the 4 cyl ones and replacing with a stock set of 5.0 ones
