I was told with different gears in the rear end you dont need the balancer that is attached to the rear end. If your confused it bolts on from the bottom in front of the pumpkin. the picture shows the location although this picture doesnt have one on, but has the mounting holes.

dew whhhaaaat????????? leave it on take it off = matters not.....I removed mine and it works fine.

its not a balancer.... its a vibration damper..

and like MJR46 said.... it really doesnt matter
