Default Autolite XP Iridium or OEM copper plugs?

I couldn't think of an excuse to start an oil thread, but noticed that the local Auto Zone is bragging about Autolite XP Iridium plugs for $3.49 (after rebates).

Since I'm probably about due for plugs, I figured I'd ask for people's impression of the XP Iridiums as opposed to the OEM copper spark plugs.

My primary interest in the iridium plugs is longevity. I dunno if the brags about improved mileage are true or not.

Anyone used these in their V6? If so, are they a better choice than the OEM, or should I just buy another set of those?

Thanks!
