it is the bracing that goes under the engine. The one taht the mounts, and the a-arms connect to. If its a chromoly one with coilover kit, and tubular a-armsoffer 700 if used. They are going for less than 1k. I paid 250CAD or about 220 US, for my tubular k-member but i didnt get any coilover stuff or a-arms. get us a brand name, pictures and all tats included before buying it.

http://www.coolblueperformance.com/i...amp;ProdID=607here you see that the tubular k-member, tubular a-arms and coilover kit is going for 669.99. So get some info before buying it.

A good K member will shave some weight off the front, provide more room for headers. Also correctly line up the front suspension for the tires to make better contact. You can buy new for less than the 1k he's asking. Is it just the K-member or does come with a-arms and coilovers?

For 1000.00???? man that's a bit high....you can get a full conversion kit with lower control arms and coil over shock set up with front k-member (supports engine and suspension components) for right around 650.00 to 700.00 new... too much!!! I'd look somewhere else but it's a lengthy swap and if your not planning on doing it with the motor out then you'll have to support your engine from above with a craddle set up
