Ok so my car has been dying on me if I try to drive it right after I start it up. I'm not sure if it does it if I let it warm up first because usually I gotta leave in a hurry, and gas prices are too high to waste any by letting it idle for 10 minutes. Any ideas on what might cause this? Weather change? or anything?

 

check your ECT, ACT, IAC, MAF, and change your fuel filter

 

fuel filter is new, iac is cleaned, as well as the MAF...what are the "ect", and "act"?

 

engine coolant temp sensor and air charge temperature sensor, I might suspect a bad coolant temp sensor as well, if its not reading correctly you might not be getting the cold start enrichment that you need.

 

Where are those two things?
