Default Royal Purple

So I did a clutch job this past week-end. Decided to change the fluid in the T-5. Went with royal purple synchromax. Transmission shifts alot smoother than before. What has been everyones experience with royal purple gear lube in the differential? Is there any appreciable HP gains at the wheels to make it worth the difference? All the guts in the differential are new.

Ive never used Royal Purple in my diff, or tranny, but recently put it in my motor, and so far it seems to be just like any other oil i suppose, but it really hasnt had time to break in, just a few passes at the track, well see.

I run it in both our stangs, trannys and rears. So far so good.

Thanks PRO50, Just wanted to hear from someone who has had experience like you. I do industrial/commercial air conditioning and we use royal purple exclusively in all our gear drives in cooling towers. No problems yet! I just don't haveenough people here locally to ask about their automotive applications.

NP! But gears are gears, if you're using it successfully for industrial applications, it would be fine for automotive use.
