I use the Spec stage 3. The pedal is light and it grabs awesome. Never heard of a problem with fitment. I dont know what you have but i would not use this clutch unless you have the power recommended for the clutch.

If you have a stock mustang or mildly modified one then it's overkill as fastblack said if you don't have the power for it don't get it...I know people aren't a fan of this here and say it's junk but I'm using A King Cobra clutch and run low 11's on it with the juice with no problem

I just put a Centerforce dual friction in my wifes 90 vert. Her car is mostly stock. She ran it at the track over the weekend on a pair of et drags and it worked out well. It grabbed nice and has a light pedal feel.

Well i use a king cobra clutch but as you can see in the sig its starting to slip... I am going to be putting in the stage3 spec and i have heard nothing but good... Another clutch i have been looking into is the Centerforce DFX but i heard if they seeto much street time they won't last long do to limited pad life...

this about sums it up, I changed to a spec stage 3 because I was tired of my centerforce dual friction slipping.

spec clutches dont slip. but now I have broken 3rd gear in my t-5, and my rear gears because of it.
if you have less than 500rwhp the spec 3 is too much.

What kinda setup are you going to be running with this clutch? Many of us love our Spec clutches, mine fit perfect.

I have a centerforce dual friction and have well over 100 passes on it. Its held up really well to daily driving and going to the track.
