Default Theft Prevention Help

I haverecently acquired a 5.0 LX CV. My biggest concern is theft. Is there any relatively simple thing to do under the hood, remove a wire, etc, that would prevent the car from starting?

Buy a alarm could be one or even better i think. Make a shut off switch for your fuel pump. But hide it somewhere under seat under dash put it some where you cant see but you know its there.

You can put a switch where it is hard to find for the starter, ignition, or fuel pump. If you want you can simply remove the spark plug wire going from you coil to the dizzy, or the rotor in the dizzy. Both of those would be simple enough to do, and most theives wouldn't think to bring those. BUt if someone really wants you car they will get it. These things just make it so other cars will be more tempting. I have a combination of cut off switches, and a car alarm, has worked for me so far. The car alarm also help from people not taking the car, but taking the stereo.

New age and modern thieves, tow away 5.0's. They are aware of all those tricks, this aint the 80's.

You can get a paging alarm with tilt sensor, glass breakage mic sensor and microwave motion sensor.

Lo Jack and/or a GPS tracker are other effective measures.

I just change my injector firing order to 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 so that they never fire Only takes 1 second to do.
