Default 88 speed density NEED HELP!!!

So as most of you know i just got back into a fox again and i have been having some promblems out of it, so here we go,when i first start it it idle's around 1200-1400 rpm,s but still runs good and has all of its power but it seems like when i let it set and idle for a while it goes to normal idle 700-900 rpms but it surges in low rpms and has no power what so ever,it evens get less responive and has a tendency to stall, i've done cleaned the iac,set the timing, and tps with no luck please somebody help me figure this out and it is a aod car too

Have you checked really good for a vaccum leak?If not get some carb cleaner and check every hose and gasket in the intake system.

i,ve runned over some vacum lines that looked a little dry rotted and still nothing but the funny thing is that it is most noticible when the car is warmed up

When I did the intake gasket on my car it kinda acted like that and found my lower manifold gasket leaking under the throttle body. When I disconnected a vaccum line the idle went up pretty high plugged it back in and just about died.Ran pretty good till it got warmed up.The only other thing I could think of is maybe the coolant temp sensor for the computer.
