you will know that they are opening fully by comparing them to the known good ones.........And MIKEVA he said in his first few posts that he says he knows #6 and 8 aren't firing cause when he pulls the plug wire off there is no change in rpm's and it doesn't start to run any rougher by doing so it just stays the same...by that I assume it's a noticable rough idle/run
if the valves are all working correctly then I would check the injectors next and if you have a test light or noid light you can do this by looping the test light from onr pin to the other and it should blink really fast if the injectors are pulsing/getting the signal to pulse if they are then you may have dirty or clogged injectors or an open circuit in two of them......using a stephascope you can put it up to the injector while running and listen for a clicking noise...all that'll tell you is it's working but it won't tell you how well it's working...!!

i know its not my injectors cuz well idont have any its a carb application ...i think its my rockers i dont think they are adjusted properly but i dont know how they are ford racing roller rockers they are padistale mount boltdown style isint it with shims???

Does the engine have a roller cam? If it does then you need the later firing order. 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
Not 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. The cam determines the firing order. Crane cams website as the instructions for installing pedestal mount rockers.
You still havent said how you know it isnt an HO.

it wont even try to start with the ho fireing order but with the non ho fireing order itll crank and run on not 8 not 6 but 4 cylinders i just found out today 1 and 2 isnt fireing either

Do you have all your plug wires on CORRECTLY? It would run on 4 cyl and would spark at the wrong time and not give you any power. Go over your wires one more time just to be absolutly positive
