all shortie headers will botl to a factory mid pipe... and aftermarket mid pipes will bolt to factory headers.... dont worry about dimensions.

and yes, your new O2 sensors will screw right into the new midpipe.

no, you will NOT get 15-20 hp from it...

i looked an just nuts an bolts but it looks like were it bolts up to the headers those cats are in the way idk should be able to get around them. I was wondering sence i have cats now and i will be going w/an offroad pipe how will o2 sensors work or are they bypassed or what?
Yep just a few nuts and bolts. But with all 13 year old exhaust hardware, it is probably pretty well rusted or gunked on there from road debris and stuff. I always get under the car and spray some WD40 or liquid wrench on the exhaust bolts before I start trying to take it apart and it usually comes right off. Yeah the damn cats are right in the way... I just use some long extensions to get by them, has always worked well. Wait til you go to put the O/R pipe on, you will find that it just goes right on and you can reach up and get the bolts started with your hands.

No you will not see an increase of 15hp.. Maybe more like 5, but the car will feel like you have gained 30HP.. It will rev a lot easier, and overall accelleration is smoother. You will like it.

The only advice I can give is not to be cheap! I was cheap when it came to my o/r h-pipe. Then one I wanted to buy was a one piece and it was going to be shipped freight costing an additional 60 bucks. I decided to go with a cheaper brand that was in two pieces andthat only cost 15 bucks to ship. The two piece wasn't the problem it was the crappy brand from Summitt Racing- Pacesetter. The fit is terrible. I had to bend the hangers and once I got those in place, the front was off on one side 2in and about 1 1/2in on the other. Plus the back side was a little off. Now I have to take it to a muffler shop so they can put a bend in it to make it fit right. Very frustrating, when you are so excited to get it on . It's a nice looking pipe, aluminized, O2's in right spot, just the bends are off. I could maybe get it to fit, but I don't want my whole exhaust system to be under stress. Don't buy Pacesetter.
