well buy the 140 speedo for the 83-86 mustang [&:]

switching an entire dash for a speedo seems like a ridiculus thing to do [&:][&:][&:]

i aslo want to do this swap, i like the 87+ dash better and i cangt mount more gauges and such, so all i need is the harness from the 87+ then switch them out

im not fan of anything on the 79-86 cars except the nose 4eyes! although the 83 or 84 gt has a sweet azz spoiler like no other, sorta looks camaro-ish.
infact the only things 86 on my car is the dash and drivetrain.
the qrts, the wing, the mirrors, the steering wheel are all 87-93 gt stuff. even have the leather shift boot off a 93 gt, not the nasty thick rubber fake leater 86 one.
oh and a speedo for my car cost alot more than free!!! and i have minty black and grey dash, but yeah i dont mind the 86 dash, and would prefer to save it but on the other hand i dont like things about it like the speedo is placed in the way of the steeringwheel so its hard to read
