What Cam ???
I have a 1992 Mustang GT 5.0 and i am looking to put a camshaft in with a rough idle.... but i dont want to but new heads or have the need to buy new rods or rockers..... is there a camshaft out there w/ a rough idle that can slip into a 5.0L without major modifications??

Mabye Try the B-303 camshaft from ford racing. it has 480" lift 284 degrees ofduration, and has a pretty mean idle to it. Check out some cam reviews- http://reviews.stangnet.com/review.cgi?ID=209 </P>
If you want more high end power and lopy idle from your 5.0 this is a pretty good choice</P><edited><editID>T5superduty</editID><editDate>37886.9268402778</editDate></edited>

e303 or b303 from ford racing. do not install a huge cam or you will be sorry. horrible performance and driveability, the car will sound like a muffled pro stocker but run like a honda on 2 cylinders.

well if your looking for a lopey idle my friend has an e303 in his 5.0 and it sounds awsome. the e303 gives a little more lift and less duration than the b303 but the e303 is also emissions legal on a 5 speed stick car. carb e.o. #D-225-16 which is your best bet if emissions are strict were ur from.</P>

That is true I forget all the time about emissions because I dont have to smog my V8s <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"> E-303 would be a good choice but the B-303 makes more horspower and way more lopy. And if you get 1.7 rockers it gives it the same lift as the E-303 and with more duration. <edited><editID>T5superduty</editID><editDate>37887.7059837963</editDate></edited>
