I ran bbk shortys with gtp's ,The pass side header worked fine and had no issues w/ wires/pulgs.The drivers side,i had to use a 90deg sparkplug boot on one of the plugs. Also you will have to cut down a socket "like the ls1's use" to take out the plugs on the driverside. The frpp headers are made to fit p heads.

I ordered a set of MAC full length headers. Made for the GT40P heads and they worked great. No real problems. Besides the d side being a real pain to install.

do you think that i would have a problem with these http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku? there not the best headers but they work. any ideas? Do the 40P's flow a lot better than the 40's or not really a big differernce. i know that the P's flo better but is it a noticible difference?

You "shouldnt" have too much of a problem w /those headers.with a good cam and the the set of p's compared to the e7'syou will feel a good bit of difference.

if BBK long tubes work summit will work, they are same design. just know that the paint will burn off and those will get all rusted soon. if i bought those i would get the sand blasted and cermic coated for 50 more dollars. at least thats how much it would be here.
