Pony learned a new trick!
Today while driving my 5.0 on the highway, I noticed when I accelerated, the rear end seemed to pull slightly to the left. Later while driving on the street, I was cruising at around 40-45 mph in 3rd, took my hands off of the wheel and goosed it a little and it definitely pulled to the left. Any suggestions as what to look for once I crawl my a$$ under my pony?

RE: Pony learned a new trick!
jack the front end up under each control arm
grab the wheel at the 9 and 3 o-clock positions
shake it side to side with some force
if u can feel any play its a tie rod issue
now grab the wheel at the 12 and 6 o-clock positions and try to pull it towards u top to bottom
any play there and might be a wheel bearing issue
i think to check the ball joints u the suspension has to be unstressed so might have to jack from the subframe but do same procedure for the wheel bearing check and have a friend look at it while u shake it
at my work (NTB aka Tire Kingdom, Merchants Tire, etc....) we do free alignment checks

Its what they call axle torque.Same with the engine when you chomp on it the engine will move to the left abit(if your in front of the car), The same thing with the rear end , the passenger side will squat more unless you do something to get equal force.Do you have stock springs in the rear?I have the drag launch springs and they came with a air bag to go into the passenger rear spring.Once hooked up with the right amount of air in the bag it should straighting it out under hard axcelleration.(mind the spelling).I had the same problem and that fixed it.Hope its of some help

Check all of your rear control arm bushing when they get worn this can happen. also look at the bolt holes in the lower arms on the car side I have seen them wear oval due to the car having the **** ran out of it all its life at the track. A car I was helping my friend with did this when you mashed it it would steer it self all over the road from the rear.. real strange feeling. We had to weld plates on the frame rails and drill new holes to fix it.
