which would you recommend and how would you go about doing this?

Autolites and honestly, if you have to ask, get someone else to do it. It's really a very simple thing to do. What don't you understand?

autolights or motorcraft i just pull one plug wire at a time and change the plug i use anti seize and boot grease on everyone makes life a lot easier next time.

dont foget to check the plug gap. also Autolites or Motorcraft

f#$^ ngk's get the motorcraft ones. i had a set of autolights once and i melted 3 of them.. how that happened who knows.. but havent had n e trouble w/ the motorcraft ones. i believe the correct gap is 53but im not completely positive
