Default Speedometer problems

My spedo seems to be like 20 or 30 kilometers off all the time and it bounces till it hits 80 does anyone know what my problem could be?

it needs to be lubed, i would lube both ends, as for it being off did you change your rear gears

The gears are supposidly stock, Is the cluster only snaped inplace?

for the cluster removal, check tech articles, last one...... and check the housing to see if its ripped or cracked, mine was in horrible shape, it worked fine one day, then just snapped the next. its like 20 bucks for a whole assembly from 50resto.com
