Curious on the '79..

Im curious to know if anyone has a '79 5.0 or any information about these? The other day i drove an automatic one, and now im curious on the horsepower, options, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hmm 140 HP seems kinds low, thats a 5 speed and i dont see any engine sizes on that link look at the link or just search yourself

Thanks, wow 140hp does seem kind of low, dosent feel like 140hp haha. Well thanks I'll search for more stuff.

the 79 had a auto or i think the 4 speed(srod) not a good tranny...hp was around 140 -170..pretty lame..but still a 5.0 .which could be built..and most 79-93 mustang parts interchange
