As listed in my signature are the mods to my car. My mufflers are still 2.25" in and out with the factory 2.25" tailpipes. Everything else is 2.5 offroad between the BBK shorty headers and mufflers. I'm thinking off doing some 2.5" flowmaster 40's and 2.5" tailpipes. I don't want to lose any low end torque, and I'm not sure if I will pick up any power or not. These dynomax's I currently have produce a drone inside the vehicle at 18k to 23k rpms that is nerve racking. I would like to get rid of the drone, don't mind the rumble inside. What's anyones experience that may have their car set-up like mine. You can hear my car now in the exhaust thread. Thanks for any help.

I have BBK shorties and 2.5 all the way out with flow masters, lost low end torque and lots of drone. I think its just the nature of the beast. I have read some internet junk that there are some mufflers out there that have addressed the drone problem and claim that they have fixed it. I just cant remember what brand it was.

the flowmasteres are going to be just as bad... if not worse.. for the drone
