Any upper and lower is a vast improvement over the stock one. If you're going to bother, pick up the Holley Systemax.

if you want the most improvment call up comp cams or something to get a custom cam made for you, then find out were that cam is sutable (aka what rpm range it is best used in) , then go and call summit racing, or a retail store like that and tell them you want matching heads and intake to suit this cam and they should hook you up pretty nicely

the 93 cobra upper and lower intake will make a nice improvement over stock set-up. def think about picking up some new heads to help. gt-40 iron heads would be an improvement over the stockers, but most people go for something alittle better than them...

good luck!

What I don't see in your mod list is a converter, which would give the the biggest gains with your current combo. I'd be willing to bet that you could add the intake, heads and cam of your choice and still run slower than if you were to only addthe properconverter.

Though, a Cobra intake should be worth 10+ hp over the stock setup across the HP range.

how are the patriot heads, and as far as cam i was looking at a E303 cam, the other ford cams said they were for a 5-speed, im not building a monster just want a little more than what stock has to offer. like will the GT-40 heads work with my BBK shorties?
