..turbo in my future?
well to some, ls1's are god, to me a turbo'd fox is god. i was always planning on a 351W build this sping.. but now im considering turbo, whats the advantages/disadvantagfes with a turbo vs a 351. what mods do i need to go along with my turbo install, full bolt ons? i dont wanna run a crazy psi something streetable and safe. any links to decent priced and good quality turbo kits would be appreciated! oh single turbo not twin :P

A turbo is more expensive to setup. Much more efficent though, Id take the turbo over the 351 any day. You have to upgrade your entire fuel system, computer, trans, and anything else thats going to break. Along with the engine being able to handle it.
A turbo 302 will blow a N/A 351 out of the water any day.

the point of twin turbo is to elminate turbo lag. They use a small turbo and a bigger turbo, the disadvantage to this system is once the small turbo has spooled up to speed and the larger turbo starts to spool up, the smaller is still going max speed producing lots of heat while RPMs still climb.

I don't know too much about turbos, but I have heard that it is very wise to get a pump that will keep pumping coolant through your turbo for 5-10 min after the engine is off.
351 sounds better most of the time, but shifting with a good blow off valve is sweet.

you dont pump coolant through a turbo. what you mean is installing a turbo timer which keeps your engine running after a hard run to cool the turbo gradually with cooler exhaust gases. a turbo timer will run your engine at idle for another minute or two after you have turned off the ignition and removed the key. this prevents damage to the turbo by bringing the temp down gradually.
