What kind of catless H do you have on right now? Is it stock with the cats removed or what?

Personally, I'm an X-pipe guy. Either way though, if you already have an off-road H, it's not going to be worth it to put another one on, even if you do get a little gain in HP. The HP to dollard ratio just isn't there. If you're going for sound only, you'd have to ask someone who knows about the pro chamber. I'd got with a Bassani off road X. I have on on my '94, and it bolted up so easy I almost thought I had to have done something wrong.... not to mention it sounded amazing paired with my Ford Racing headers and Flowmasters (American Thunder). They tend to be a lil pricey though.

im probably wrong about the h pipe i have it might be stock but i know theres no cats and i have the flowmaster system on and it sounds good but i want something a little louder ( even thought cops pull me over with the exhaust i got now ) and something that rumbles a little more like the 02 gt i drove with the pro chamber on it.

If the one thats on now is only a 2 1/2, it would probably get more rumble if you put 3s on. Also, 4.6's tend to be more "rumbly" than 5 oh's in the first place. To try to match the sound on such different motors is a tough one.I think you should keep the H you have, and check out headers. Or... go with a long tube header and you'll have to get a new shorter H. BBK sells matching ones at Summit. I know that would be loud as hell.

I would say yes it will change the sound compared to what you have now. So will a x pipe as well. If you want that sound then just save up and get the prochamber. You already like it so you wont be dissapointed. Just curious what mods do you have that you need 3" exhaust.
