Default Remove and replace a fender and bumper?

How hard is it to remove a front fender and bumper off of a 1991 lx? Thinkin bout buying a 83 t-top that has been converted over to a 91 lx front but theres a dent on the passenger side fender and the front bumper cover needs to be replaced. I have the parts, I just wanted to know how hard it was to do and if it could be done in a weekend or so. Also if I need any special tools or what not. Thanks,

Jack the front up, remove the wheels and fenderwell covers, you will see the bolts, also 3 on each side under the hood, need an 11mm and 8mm sockets
