Default C4 and C6

About a year ago I bought a C4 transmission off a friend for a cheap price, now today I cleaned it all up so i can paint it and install. But it says on the side that its a C6 haha.

Is there any other pros to a C6 over a C4 rather than strengh?

Thanks.

C6 is much heavier and takes a lot more power from the motor.

they are both 3 speed automatics with no overdrive. the C6 DOES take a little more power to turn, but is also MUCH stronger even in its stock form.

if its a C6 the bellhousing and the rest of the tranny should be cast all as one piece, theres your super-easy identifier

C6 behind a Cleveland at least should be a small bell, either way there are more fitment issues regarding a c6 in a fox than a c4. C6 is much larger.
