Default Rattling noise/problem

So here is my dilema.

About2 weeks ago I was driving and I hear a very loud clunk sound which made the whole interior of the car vibrate. (the type were you can't feel your butt anymore). After that it was fine and drove fine until I got home. I looked around in the engine bay and under the car thinking I might have thrown a rod or cracked the block and nothing was leaking, everything looked fine.

About 2 days ago a rattling/tapping sound just started coming from the passenger side engine bay.The rattling sound only happens at low rpm/idle and only in 1st gear. My question is if anybody would happen to know what this would be or were I should start to try and diagnose this? I have a completely stock 5.0 w/aod tranny and 100k miles. If you guys need anymore information please let me know.

Thanks,
Raphael

PS. I checked my fluid levels and checked to see if there were any shavings and nothing was in there.
