Default emission question

all my engine has is bbk shoties and a e-303 cam, and cai, and i passed smog with cats, if i get an inake, a super charger and heads would i still pass smog?

Depends on your state but I don't see why you wouldn't if you passed in it's current state. I would think the heads would be the only thing that might be iffy.....

where state are you in? because here in NC it is anything after 95 that you have to have emmisions. 5.0 stopped in 95.. sooo....

lol im in th worst stat possible CA, really really gay here, and really i didnt know you could get it tuned to help emisions i never thought of that, my friend said that only a cam and long tubes and h pipe would sky rocket your emissions

lol omg there are getting worse everyday here man i got pulled over here on my home town street for a mobile smog check station survey so i had my car smoged in the middle of the street =D lol its dumb i gotta move. so ya basicely a cam would screw you over?

an cam will affect it but longtube headers will not, you can do jsut about anything you want just get a good tune and youll have no prob ive heard of guys building 500+hp and still maintaining emissions in a 5.0 well 347 stroker anyways but yea get a tune after you put the stuff on and no prob.

wow thanks bud i had no clue im am totally doing that now lol i was soo worried about a car i couldnt drive cuz its my daily driven car and it wont pass smog if i put all those goodies on it

you just need to tell the place that you get it tuned at that it needs to pass emissions of they know what they are doing there should be no prob!!! good luck
