frame strength???

frame strength???
besides subframe connectors, what else do u guys do to strenghtin up the frame, i have subframes and rear control arms and all that rearend stuff, I heard something about welding in pieces of sheet metal by what i think they said,,,(the battle boxes) anyone know what i'm talkin about?

battle box weld in and connect the two pocket of the upper control arm......and lowers.......the pockets are tacked to the sheet metal floor of the car and they will rip away....you can also weld all the way around the pockets......this helps...
