Thinking about a CAI for my 94 GTand was wondering witch one you guys liked if any? Are they worth getting or should i just get a K&N filter for my stock air box. Thanks

get the k & n filter adnd take off the air silencer. same result less $

I would do what 90lx said. The reason being that the CAI will give you 5HP at the very nost people out there that advertise 10-12HP not gonna happen. IMO CAI's are not worth the investment for the gain in horse power they give. I would buy a K&N filter remove the air silencer and save for a full upper and lower intake.

I agree. The only "advantage" of a CAI is that it gives a cleaner look under the hood.

i have the k&n filter in mine with the removed air silencer and i think it looks pretty cool, but a shiny pipe does look better, you could always pick a cheap one up on ebay and it will do the same thing as a name brand.

I've had both a BBK and a no-name e-bay cai, couldn't tell the difference in performance. Imo if you want an aftermarket cai the cheap e-bay ones are fine.

Yeah I bought the one off Americanmuscle.com for like 50 bucks, I just wanted the cleaner look, Im painting it from the chrome, I think the pipe looks better than the bendy rubber
