Default Mustang Idle Problem Fix

Hey Folks,

While doing a search for info on the idle problems some of us have, or have had. I found some good info and i followed it this morning and my stang runs good now.

Idle Fixes

Look through all of the steps, it even tells how to reset the base idle!!

Good tip,
Thanks for clearing the cobb-webs out. I recall using this method years ago for a surging idle on the Capri.

Definately going to give this a try on my SN95. I have an up and down idle. It got a little better after changing my plugs, wire and adding an Access ignition, but at idle it still seems a little rough. Given that it costs practically $0 to do these steps its certainly worth a shot. I'll will post my results here when I do it.
