i dont think there is a way to open them. you might just have to try sticking a rag inside and moving it around other wise if you have an air compressor you can try to blast some air inside and dry it out.

What I did with mine was drilled small holes in the bottom of the clear part of the headlight.I drilled them so you couldn't see the holes when the headlights are in on the bottom edge by where it meets the bumper.

Once you drill the hole you will never have water in there again. The only way you will have it in there again is if it drounds in a lake.

I did mine 6 years ago and haven't seen a drop of water since.

Also to clean and dry them good denatured alcohol works good to dry it out.

look around the headlight to make sure all the seams are sealed and if they are not seal them bc i had the same problem and it was a seam not sealed

I love you guys, you guys hit both threads =D =D shows me you guys care!!! hehe

Man, I want to show you guys pics of the car...

I'm gonna try the alcohol thing, whichs is the denatured one???? the ones in white bottles?

Also, I might drill the hole too, what size bit did you use, and do i run a big risk of cracking the headlight????

Thanks guys!!

You can use the smallest bit you have. The lens is plastic and should not crack. The only way it would crack is if you didn't control the drill and the drill cracked it.Look for denatured alcohol on the label.
