Default PCV screen/filter

Would there be any issues if I ran without a PCV screen/filter? Mine does not have one right now, and just wanted to make sure it would not cause any issues.

Beside a the big vaccum leak and the irratic idle, I guess it fine.

Why don't you have one or want one?
