Default ECT sensor...

well I still have the missing problem, But I still have a couple of question.
when I drive faster and stop less the car doesnt do the missing problem. Its wierd when I floor it or give it more gas than normal it doesnt miss.. Why is it doing that(not missing when I drive spirited/giving more gas)?
This leads me to believe that its the coolant sensor, because when I floor it its pushing more gas and all the gas gets burned because of the higher rev. Is this true?

I have no idea what other things you have checked but from your post, I doubt your issue would be the colant sensor. If you want to describe more, I will try to help.

Ok, heres the exact problem,
Ok Ive asked about this missing problem when I first start up the car. well Ive tried just about everything, I cleaned the MAF, Cleaned the IAC, Reset the computer, Checked spark plugs, and wires, and even the Timing, all that stuff is good. Here is exactly what the problem is. When ever I first start the car weather its warm or cold outside. Its idles right and normal where it should, but when I start driving it will start to miss from 600 to about 1500rpm then after 1500rpm it sounds normal and runs ok still not full power but way better not missing. almost like it goes away. but after about 5 minutes of driving it complete goes away or until its fully warmed up.It does this pretty much every time I start the car, also it has something to do with the Idle as well, normally when this problem occurs the Idle will drop down to 600rpm or so and thats how you know when it will start missing. For some reason why does the idle drop down? Can anyone help me with this problem, I would rather not take it to a mechanic If i can help it.

Does your check engine light come on and do you know the codes? This will help you trouble shoot.

to check the tfi you need to remove it from the front of the distributor and take it to a parts store and have them test it to see if its working properly

TFI connected to the front of the distributor? I dont think so, it is located against the firewall on the drivers side..
