Default Clutch Installation

Anybody know of a good link to a "how to" write up with pics (website, forum, whatever) on changing the clutch on a 5.0/T-5 combo? I'm doing my '85 this winter and would like to have some documentation to follow along with.

ya man..puttin the clutch in is a piece o cake...take the driveshaft off...undo the electrical connectors...take the clutch cable loose...then depending on what your working on..floor, pit, or a lift...when me n my buddy did it we just dropped tranny n crossmember n all...slide the tranny back ..then unbolt the pressure plate from the flywheel...when u do it either have the flywheel resurfaced or a new one..either way...bolt that back up...loctite the flywheel bolts n torque to specs...then check the pilot bearing..make sure it doesnt need replaced...and whatever u do make sure u have the alinement pin for when u put the clutch back together...its soo easy with it...put the clutch disc up there..pressure plate over the top.pin in...lineit up n bolt down the pressure plate....then just put it back together...i had never done one...but in the last month...i put a new clutch in a guys ranger for him...and then me n a buddy did a 5spd swap in my 94...so i obviously had to put a clutch in mine...

Another related & probably sillyquestion - I was assuming I should replace the rear main seal while I can get to it, but I have no idea what it is or whats involved. Where is the rear seal in this picture?
