if you ever want to use the lines again plug them or you will have some sick **** in your lines. if your not worried about it then you can just leave them alone it won't hurt anything.

I assume you are talking about the lines that go to the evaporator core for the AC. (Heater hoses go to the heater core) Yes cap them to keep stuff out of the evaporator., you never know when you or someone might want to hook the AC up again.

When i removed my a/c i just went to home depot and got two rubber stoppers to plug them up. If I or any future owner wanted to put the a/c back, then there shouldnt be any problems.
