Default injector cleaning?

how offten should you clean your injectors 100,000 milesor should you just buy some new injectors?

i dont know how often you should do it but i did have my fuel injectors cleaned along with a lot of other maintence and i know that my car runs better then it did from the factory =P

no additive you put in your tank is going to clean injectors very well.

seafoam can be used in more then just your gas tank, and it does do wonders for some people. However a good fuel injection cleaning from a shop may cost you, but your injectors will thank you for it.

agreed. i didn't want my car to be disabled while i was waiting on injectors to be back from the cleaners so i just replaced them. it was more expensive to do it this way though.

they dont clean each injector, they do them all. I am not sure how much it costed however it was done very quickly.

i couldn't find a place near me to do it. the places i found did the cleaning and flow test for $25-$30 an injector and i would have had to send them in to have it done. i think turn around was a day or two.

Save your money, clean them yourself.
They sell the parts on ebay cheap.
