$500 for track heat intake.
$600 edelbrock rpm2 intake
around the same for the holly intake.

$255 for a OTS (off the shelf) comp cam, about $300 for a custom cam from Jay Allen (spend the extra couple $'s)

Edelbrock RPM alum polished heads from jegs $1,282
if you get AFR's, get the valve spring upgrade
Any aluminum set of heads will be around $1,400
Canfields, AFR, and Edelbrock would be my choice, sure TF will work also.
just a tid bit of info, the eddy rpm heads; from what i have read they are not worth the money to have ported, so if you plan to port later on, get the TF heads, AFR's have cnc heads already.

hmm well with a 347 id hope to make some were around 400hpto the wheels.with some good torque1/4 mile times of high to mid 12's a price range for just the top end budgetwould be 2000$ if i could get a good one for less that would be great... i dindt mean to ask for so much i just figured someone would post up a set up that there using that cost alot less then a trick flow or holley set up and produces more power instead of saying ported gt-40s and whatever else they may have... the car will be a weekend cruiser/ nice weather car with a few and i mean few ocasional trips to the track... stinkinlincoln i feel like everytime ive asked a question on this forum i get most help from you haha
