RE: upper and lower controls arm
I only use UPR products for my suspension. I race but they make quality stuff that is dependable under extremely hard launches. I would get the adjustable ones though. no point in paying a few bucks less for the non adj.

Stock upper control arms are fine. You just need to re-bush
them with slightly stiffer upper bushings from Ford Racing.
Lower control arms are the critcal ones.
For street use they need a spherical bearing on one end
to prevent binding. If your cntrl arms have urethane
bushings on both ends it is binding in turns and will
eventual crack your torque boxes.
Ford got around this by putting in weak *** lower bushings
that would flex in turns, and then put in quad shocks to make
up for the weak *** control arms ..... lol

Wont feel a ton of dif with gear swap, little bit though.
Get Maximum Motor Sports lower control arms and Ford Racing Uppers
only way to go.
why only that setup do you not like the upr rear kits or any others not trying to be arguementive but you are a very smart guy about foxes and want your input.

if spherical...pinion angle needs to be from -1 degrees to -1.5 degrees
if polyurethane...pinion angle needs to be from -2 degrees to about -3 degrees
take off the quad shocks, get some nice shocks while you are there (strange 10 way adjustable) $69 each and call it a day...
