Default trans problem.

Ok so my car wont shift into overdrive and i'm guessing its the od band right?well there weird thing is:another problem arose at the same time as the od problem. when I am ata dead stop and i take off normally, it clunks. It feels like it would if you put the car in neutral, brought it to like 2k and then slammed it into drive. (thats what it feels like not what i'm doing) I was wondering if these problems could be related.

I have a 3200stall and a shift kit in the transmission

After more searching I noticed that when most people with a bad od band shift into OD the engine will rev freely like it is in neutral. Mine just stays in 3rd gear, it dosn't make a differance whether it's in D or OD. Also, the 2-3 shift seems very soft, almost like the
3-4 shift was.

Do a pressure test. Sounds kinda like the pump isnt working at higher rpms. Might also be the pressure valve (if the AOD has one).
